• Strategic Transition Support: I provide calm, expert leadership during sudden changes— a hospital admission, a move to a new care setting, or a shift in how much support your loved one needs.

Engagement Depth: Includes a comprehensive 2-hour review of your family’s records, benefits, and logistics, followed by an Advocacy Strategy Session.
